Who we're looking for​

​

We’re looking for a Robotics ML Engineer who wants to be at the forefront of a once-in-a-lifetime shift - not just in technology, but in how society gets work done. We want hard-nosed optimists with a desire to help shape that transformation, alongside a world-class team at the frontier of AI and Robotics. You should have a strong intuition for how ML interacts with hardware and the ability to take ideas from concept to deployment.

You might be a great fit if:

• You have shipped ML models in production environments - not just papers, but working systems.

• You’re fluent in JAX, PyTorch, or TensorFlow and can write clean, scalable Python.

• You know how to design data pipelines that fuel great machine learning.

• You have a strong robotics background (or a deep desire to learn).

• You love tackling hard, open-ended problems and figuring out the missing pieces.

• You care about building elegant products - ones that feel like magic to users.

• You take ownership - this isn’t a place for passive contributors.

What you'll do​

​​

As a founding engineer, you’ll have the rare opportunity to define the core ML and robotics stack at Reimagine Robotics. You’ll own whole sections of our system, from data pipelines to robot intelligence, working across software and hardware to make AI-powered robotics actually work in the real world.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and optimizing scalable ML data pipelines for real-world deployment.

• Building systems for robot fleet management, data collection, and large-scale training.

• Developing and evaluating novel model architectures for multi-modal robot learning.

• Ensuring seamless integration between AI models, hardware, and the user experience.

• Collaborating with a tight-knit team to push the boundaries of robotics and AI.
